Coach

Built on real coaching experience

Decutrack AC is founded by Matt Layten, with 16 years in coaching and leadership roles across high school, NCAA, post-collegiate, and club levels.

Layten has coached across Division I and Division II programs, worked with cross country, middle distance, and distance athletes, and helped guide athletes to conference success, school records, NCAA qualifiers, and All-American performances. That background gives Decutrack a stronger coaching foundation than a generic off-the-shelf training plan.

For athletes investing in coaching, the value is better judgment, better adjustments, and a higher-confidence path toward the results they are working for.
